SHIPPING

As a customer, you understand:

  • It is your responsibility to supply us accurate contact information related to shipping including your phone number and email address as well as a physical address
  • It is your responsibility to make sure your packages are delivered to a trustworthy person in a secured location
  • Customers purchasing product packages (not subscriptions) and individual products sold in our shop are allowed to choose shipping method they prefer that is available
  • All purchase receipts will be emailed to you.
  • All shipping information including tracking and delivery will be emailed to you.
  • All priority boxes will come with insurance
  • All shipments will come with tracking numbers
  • All packages with tracking numbers provide electronic tracking throughout the pick-up and delivery routes via GPS. You can track your package via the tracking number until it is delivered.
  • Please be aware that the Forecast and Fortune box requires a signature for delivery- No exceptions.
  • You can add items to your box through s special section in our store that offers subscription members a discount. You also save on shipping because these items are added to your box and not sent separately.
  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time.  However, if you did not cancel prior to the cut off date of a particular month and/or your box has already been sent, you are responsible for paying for the box.  This box will be shipped to you.  Should you refuse the shipment, choose not to pick up the shipment, you are still responsible for paying for your box.
  • Should a shipment be returned, it will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% and a deduction of the shipping from the refund.  Your subscription will be promptly cancelled.

Shipping Methods:

  • Sampler and Reading Subscription boxes are shipped first class with a tracking number. This is to save you money.
  • Forecast and Fortune Boxes are shipped priority with a signature required. No exceptions.
  • Product Packages and individual products shipping is chosen by the customer based on what is available.

Damaged Packages

  • If your box arrives damaged AND a product in the box has also been damaged,  please: 1) Take photos, 2) Email us the photos within 24 hours, 3) Allow us time to contact USPS and send out a replacement.
  • Customers may have to wait for replacement products if the products are on back order.
  • Customers may have to accept a product equal to but not the same as the damaged product. Artisan products are limited availability type of products. Artisan product are often made at the request of Tarot-n-Tea. Once supplies have been exhausted, replacement of an item might be impossible. In this event, Tarot-n-Tea will substitute an item equal to or greater than the one damaged.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • For lost packages, please contact us after 3 days your box was scheduled to arrive.  We will contact USPS for an investigation.  If your package has not been listed as delivered AND they cannot find it, we will send you another one.  This investigation must take place first and conclude, so we can recover the insurance and send you another box.  Please be aware that there is GPS tracking on all USPS packages with tracking numbers. We do not provide refunds for any of our subscription boxes for any reason.
  • Tarot-n-Tea is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Once the package has left our offices, the responsibility for this package falls to the carrier, not on us.
  • In the event that a package is lost, we will do everything we can to help you.  If there is no resolution, we will replace the package with products the same or equal to the ones you ordered as long as the there is NO DELIVERY CONFIRMATION by USPS.
  • Once the package is delivered, it is not considered lost.
